THREE SISTERS

Origins

The world of the Delaware Indians, native to our area, revolved around the annual harvest of corn (maize), beans, and squash – the “Three Sisters.”

Today, we too proudly celebrate the natural simplicity of this harvest with our signature Amber Ale. The beautiful golden to amber color of Three Sisters is derived from the use of caramel and crystal malts, which are roasted to provide the body and flavor many beer fans have come to love.

Food Pairings

Our Three Sisters Amber Ale is a highly versatile companion to American cuisine, particularly foods that are grilled or barbecued. Its roasted malts complement caramelized, charred, and seared proteins like chicken, making this ale beer type a perennial favorite at backyard cookouts. It also pairs well with spicy Asian, Indian, Latin and Mexican dishes.
