It’s been said that craft brewing resides at the intersection of art and science. Meeting at these crossroads, our scientific and creative founder, Marvin Bowe, is determined to break the mold. His creative expertise and scientific acumen have shaped our mission to craft beer that is steeped in the tradition of brewing (scientific) yet tells a story and pays homage to the unique history of our community (creative).
