BOROUGH'S BEST

Origins
In tribute to the Swedish immigrants who first settled in this region in the mid-1600s, we set out to create our own version of what may be the most iconic beer style in modern brewing, the Pilsner.
Borough’s Best is a celebration of clarity and craftsmanship—a nod to the industrious spirit of early settlers who built communities along the banks of the Delaware. Brewed with precision, this Pilsner delivers a crisp, dry finish, high carbonation, and a brilliant golden hue that reflects the pride of the borough we call home.
Food Pairings
The clean bitterness and floral hop character of Borough’s Best make it a versatile match for a wide range of foods. It pairs especially well with grilled meats, seafood, and lighter fare like salads. It also holds its own alongside a variety of cheeses and bright, citrus-based desserts.
Suggested Foods: Grilled Chicken, Shrimp, or Bratwurst
Cheese: White Cheddar or Monterey Jack
Dessert: Lemon Custard Tart or Shortbread Cookies
