KNIGHT WATCH DIPA

Origins

Knight Watch Double IPA began as BS16, part of our Brewer’s Select Series, and was originally brewed to celebrate the first anniversary of our Raccoon Taproom in Collingswood. The beer quickly became a favorite, earning a permanent place in our lineup and a new name inspired by its Collingswood roots.

Knight Watch pays tribute to the Knight family, whose legacy is woven into Collingswood history and preserved today in Knight Park. Like the community that inspired its name, Knight Watch has become a fixture of our Collingswood taproom.

Double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka, this 8.5% Double IPA delivers tropical lime, passion fruit, and crushed gooseberry flavors with a subtle hint of black pepper. Bold and hazy, yet remarkably smooth, Knight Watch brings plenty of hop character without sacrificing drinkability.

The bright citrus and tropical hop flavors of Knight Watch pair especially well with spicy, rich, and grilled foods. Its hop character cuts through heavier dishes while complementing bold flavors.
