PEARL STREET

Origins
Named after the historic Pearl Street in Burlington City, this beer celebrates the spirit of exploration and transformation. Once a bustling dockside route and later home to vibrant neighborhood life, Pearl Street has always been a place of comings and goings—just like this approachable, ever-refreshing Hazy IPA. With a sessionable 5.5% ABV, Pearl Street delivers all the juicy hop character you expect from a Hazy, but in a format you can enjoy pint after pint.
Food Pairings
Bursting with citrus and tropical fruit notes, Pearl Street pairs well with dishes that complement its brightness. Great with spicy tacos, citrus-glazed chicken, or a charcuterie plate with tangy cheeses. On the sweeter side, try it with a slice of lemon cake or fresh fruit tart.
Suggested Foods: Spicy Street Tacos, Grilled Shrimp
